A next-generation Caribbean logistics and infrastructure platform in Cartagena, Colombia.
DGG is conceived to add deep-water maritime capacity, protected barge and Ro-Ro interfaces, logistics and industrial development, and multimodal access to Colombia’s productive hinterland. Its purpose is to complement existing infrastructure and enable new vessel classes, services and trade flows.
